Anyone heading down to Galveston Saturday?

 

I'm in. HJP has has about 130 jeepers heading to Galveston and then over to Crystal Beach. Should be an interesting ferry ride.

 

I will be going to the HJP event as well. I know of about 4 or 5 others from here going as well. Should be a good turnout.

 

Yeah we'll be rolling down Saturday morning but unfortunately the wind/road noise is too much for the kids so will only be able to go "half topless" but I'm sure it will be a blast. Look forward to meeting some of you!

 

My kids have learned to appreciate the top being off and now get mad when it is on.

 

looks like Im 50/50 now on attending the Topless run .... i accidentally doubled booked. So what time is everyone going to ride down to Galveston, Im trying to push things around ?

 

Looks like there are at least 2 other offroad clubs heading to Galveston/Boliver on Sat. besides HJP. 300 to 400 jeeps, possibly more.

 

Rusman161 and myself are gonna be driving down as well... Let me know what time you will be getting around the friendswood area and we can meet up.

 

I plan on going as long as I don't have to work Saturday. If any of y'all want want to meet up to caravan down to Galveston, there is a pretty good meeting spot at NASA 1 and 45 South. There's a massive parking lot that they normally hold evening auto shows during the weekend. There's a pappa's BBQ, and hooters in that parking lot. We could meet up somehwere behind the restaurants

 

Will be going too, just need to iron out the when/where to meet and run down that way.
