JK versus angle iron
I had a pretty bad blowout on I-10 in Vidor, TX. My family is ok. I have a much better appreciation for the computer control systems (ESP,TCS,Antilock, etc...) than ever before.

When the angle iron came thru the wheel and tire, it hit the body of the JK and the pavement. It locked up for a split second. Then, the angle iron bent itself back into the tire. It sounds crazy, but inside the tire the angle iron is bent back over onto itself.
My insurance is going to cover the damage. (Shhwew!!) .

Well, since the JK will be in the shop, all I can bring to the Jan.17th social at Hooters is the wheel/tire. That figures, I finally get to meet some of you and I will not have myt JK with me.
