Where's the comaraderie!?!?
The other side of this is the CJ, TJ, YJ (XJ, ZJ...) owners assume you don't know because you are in a JK. I try to be proactive and wave first.

There is a YJ I pass nearly daily on the first half of my commute (2 lane country road)... I wave every day, he has yet to return the gesture.

I said I don't get any waves, but what I meant was that I don't get any waves back. I agree with you 100% about being proactive, though. However, I don't wave at XJ and ZJ owners...Wranglers only (Willy's, Scramblers and CJ's included since they're all not technically called Wranglers).

On another note, I was headed home from work this morning going West on 114 right around MacArthur in Irving and a 4-door, Red Rock Sahara pulled up next to me. It looked like he had an aftermarket top on because it was rolled up in the back and the side windows weren't there. IDK, but it was clean lookin'!.....aaaaaand he DID wave as he rolled by!

What are you doing in the great metropolis of Roanoke?
You could have helped me put on my Cooltech exhaust last night!

Hey crash,
I come thru Henderson to New London 2-3 times a week now & haven't seen you yet.
Of course I saw a Chevy caprice with more ground clearance than an H3.

I see many JKs (usually the same ones)on the road in and around Ft. Hood. the wave is fairly consistant. The first day I had mine, i got waved at and was like "what the eff". I caught on quick though, and now wave all the time.

They really should put a Jeep Wave sticker or something on the Jeeps, the salemen generally don't know about it.
the Mini has a sticker on the convertable about leaving the top down at least 60% of the time
Of course we would all remove the sticker
