Default Houston Jeeps

Spotted 2 this morning!! The only bad part was I was stuck in a company Taurus and not my big red Jeep Unlimited?!?

6:30 am - IH-10 heading inbound out near Barker Cypress
Silver Rubicon Unlimited with Texas JK Sticker and Tx4WD Club sticker on front quarter panel....also had a Hi-Lift jack on back bumper sitting upright. Nice Jeep. Lifted, Black Rims, and solid bumpers

7:00 am - Beltway 8 North heading east towards IH-45 around SH 290
Dark (either black or green) what looked like a TJ, but had skinny tube fenders int he rear (almost non-existent) and replacement panels with skinny tube fenders up front (looked like the new Poison Sypder De-Fenders). Also had Smitty Stinger up front. Looked pretty cool rolling, from behind, since it appeared that it had no fenders and the tires stuck out pretty good. Looked clean.

I wish I would have been in my Jeep to give a "wave" that was noticeable, but I assume the drivers weren't looking at a beat up silver Taurus for a "Jeep Wave"

That's ok. I do the same thing in my wife's Cruze all the time around Dallas. Get a few waves from the Jeep community. I figure they must realize I also own a Jeep.

I see that Trail Pharoah sometimes when I go there, lots of great looking rigs show up at SLC. I may spend too much time/money there myself haha I've got a simple look going but I dig seeing the others that are clearly more flashy than mine, gives me ideas and inspiration normally.

Not sure on the brand but it looks like a 5-6 inch lift with a 1-1.5 inch body spacer. Might be Teraflex due to the nice black coils, but they aren't the only ones running black paint. Either way he must do a lot of mudding/swamping to need to be that tall. That or he does't play on any steep hills.
