Me too, HF is always a blast! How'd everybody do over there? we was thinking about going camping at blue lagoon, Thanks for the invite man, but this weekend Im takin the Jeep to our surfside beach house.

 

We wanted to meet y'all out there Sat morning, but after drinking all night friday at the lake, we didn't get up till later that morning... and then we were going to try and head out Sunday morning to meet you, but..... well, lets just say the same thing happened... hahaha

what's this blue lagoon y'all are speaking of??? Can't go this weekend, but now i'm curious.

 

Blue Lagoon is out in Hunstville, its a nice lake to go scuba diving. Kinda reminds me of Cozumel, but here in TX.
The lake is real clear and sometimes visibilty maybe 30-40 feet. They got a sunken ship and a small plane down there last time I went.
They've got camping too but you may need to reserve before headed out there and ideal if you have a scuba certification to go there.

Id go, but I already have plans this weekend.

 

Cozumel but hear in TX......thats a good one. Ill have to go and check this place out, sounds like fun. Are their RV hook ups?? Ill search it on line.

who is up for some wheeling this sunday? ill be out there at around 11am--3pm. going to be a beautiful day out and nice to get the jeep into 4WD.

 

What's the wheeling like out there? My wife and I both graduated from Sam and plan on visiting soon so I thought I might check out a new spot (new to me atleast).

 

we always have a blast when we go out there, they got something for every one, monster rock climbs, beginner rock climbs, mud pits, flat track for going fast, trails, creeks, and lots of hill/ mulch climbs.
lockers and 37s will pretty much get you through most of the obstacles except those insanely huge rock climbs which are built for rigs w/ 42"+

 

Im either going to check in at Gen Sams Sat night, do some night wheeling with some mud-fetish friends. I would be happy to meet you over at TORR on Sunday.

I will leave as soon as I get the tow-slut finished, this afternoon is possible.

 

Deuce, that was last Sunday..11/3 I believe, but we had a blast. Only ones out there all day, PM me when you feel like goin again maybe in a couple of weeks. Now, I gotta figure out how to put armor on my doors cause now there's two lovely dents on the bottom of the panels...guess we had too much fun
