nah, she's cool with it. I sent her a picture of them and all she sent back was a smiley face, so I'm taking that as a good thing!

I am thinking of changing up the lift and staying with a low center of gravity with 35's. Gonna play around with a few options and see what I come up with. thinking 1.5" TF with shocks, bumpstops, and some flat fenders, or cut the stockers, or just do the 2.5" TF...... decisions, decisions....

You seen mine with the 4" lift. Glad I went with that instead of something less. All depends on what your gonna wanna do. Only downfall is if you wanna go to 33's. Then it may look a little funny. You got the gears already that will suffice. I'm fixing to get 4:88's put in real soon

Yea, i liked the height of yours, but the wife is a LOT shorter than you.. and since this is her jeep, not sure how she would like it being that high. Could you do me a favor and measure your height to the top of your jeep?

If you go with the 2.5" lift and disconnect and wheel hard you will rip your driveshaft boot, so figure on one of those for the front. Got mine ripped the first time out with the lift. Did some maximum flexing though in a V shaped ditch with big mounds.

That is already in the plan.

This is my wifes Jeep so she still drives it daily. Now when I end up taking it over, it WILL have a larger tire on it.

Well...it is my wife's jeep. She is only 5'-3" and about 120lbs, so yea she's a foot shorter than me. Height is about 78" ish inches. Trust me, if you have a standard garage, which most of the are right at 79"-80", you'll fit with a 4" lift. I had the same worry about mine for MONTHS before I finally said screw it and went all in. High probability that your tires are actually a try 34" anyway, depending on the brand. Few are actually 35", at least with the tire pressures you should be running in them.

Long winded...sorry

I did a 2.5 and added a 1.25" body lift
everything clears nicely with 35s

It's a good thing that i'm getting new shocks when i lift it. Just found today that the drivers rear shock was broken. It's at the dealer now getting them replaced.

Hers one from the side and one from behind. I had about 3"-4" clearance.
