Default What The Heck Is This?????

Okay everyone, need your help.

This thing has been setting in our barn for about 30 years. It ran years ago. I'd like to know a little about it before it turns to dust. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

What is it?

Is it worth restoring?

The metal on it looks like it's almost a quarter inch thick. I know a guy who has an old REO in pieces the same way.

Wow what a chunk of iron, I have a 1968 Pennsylvannia Panzer Garden Tractor fully restored I'm going to sell on Ebay...they came with chopped 51' Plymouth rear-ends in them from the factory and 3/4" cast iron grills.

This one isn't mine but looks just like it, same factory paint too.
