That little building that covered the pump at Waldorf is almost gone now. People steal stuff all the time. The Santiago Mill up a little further is starting to have stuff go missing now too.

I actually met you in waldorf! The day you up sided a jeep!

I went up there a few times last summer and noticed someone built a cabin along the main trail near the top. Built some running water from a stream up top and a small driveway. He either bought a mining claim or bought some land

Yep that was me. First recover was a big one. And did it with nothing more than a tow strap. Prompted me to buy the winch within a week.Click image for larger version

Oh and I talked to the guys that were putting the roof on, the land was inherited from a grandparent. I wonder how long before that trail gets shut down.
