I now have so many trout I am gonna need help cooking them. Who was the guy with the Hastybake???

I have the Hastybake - not sure if we'll be able to use it or not, as I realized the fireworks are that night so I might be out doing that.

Nightstalker, I would be willing to buy a cheap grill if jack will let me leave it at his place for future trips. I am willing to bring any extra cooking supplies you need to cook the fish and help cook it. I think Mark D may have more outdoor grilling skills than I, as far as fish goes.LOL

Uh-oh. I'm a great camp cook, but a very poor fisherman. Which is a round-a-bout way of saying I haven't cooked fish except in an oven at home. I do have a Dutch oven I can bring--we can heat up some oil and have a fish fry. Is that what you had in mind?

LOL, to be honest, I never cooked trout before. I think you steam it or bake it. Nightstalker may know. It will be good however its cooked.
