They were going to take the body off. But he said, and I quote "with all the shit wired in here I think we will just do it from the front." So I guess they are going to leave the body on. He figures it will be about the same amount of time doing that as labeling everything and fishing it all back and fourth. I guess we will see

Dakota Customs here in Rapid City never take the body off. They have the conversions down to a science, although very expensive, they are top notch.

agreed. I will say the forum is still a much better way to discuss/record technical information for the purpose of retention. simple banter is best saved for FB. My fear is as the information on the current (and new jeeps) start to thin out because people are talking about stuff on FB and it's basically lost 5 minutes after its talked about. That's the downside of FB.
