Thanks for all the information! I am looking around the area to find anybody that could be running a detroit... Just ordered my gears today so I am hoping to get information soon! I will try to be patient regarding the install untill I get more information but that may be difficult! I also ordered an or-fab tire carrier so I guess I can focus on that for a bit!!

Great choice! Do some searching on the forum and I'm sure you'll find all the answers you need about lockers. If nothing else you could give the guys at Dynatrac a call and pick their brains.

Coming from up north in the land of more snow than we get here I will tell you that you will be ok with a Detroit. I've seen plenty of them run without any problems. I had a Detroit locker in the rear and a Detroit Tru-Trac in the front of a Toyota on 38s and had no problems. The longer wheelbase of your 4dr will help compensate for the squireliness that can come from an automatic locker. Might be a little noisy but like all things that make the Jeep better off road, you'll get used to it.
