Agreed... though I doubt this one would be as severe as the Blizzard of Christmas... I foresee lot of slick roads, and some snow... Downed power lines and trees from the ice... Be careful out there - I have my recovery gear ready to go if I need to pull people out

How bad is it there? Down here in Lawton, it's mostly freezing rain - have a few trees down and some power lines down from the ice...

Just starting to freeze on everything stationary, roads not slick yet. Have already had co-workers asking for rides in the morning It's been raining for a while here, the snow can start any time in my opinion. Ice isn't fun for anyone. Plenty of propane for cooking and meat in the freezer if the power goes out.

Being prepared is half the battle... We have some power outages in several parts of Lawton and surrounding areas - nothing too serious just yet - mostly 'coz of trees falling and snapping power lines.

I personally think this whole thing is overblown as usual. We were supposed to be in it deep by now but it just literally started getting flurries up here. Zero ice.

Yes, your photos brought back memories of blurry vision when I used to drink too much.

It was pretty funny to watch. I wasn't doing the driving, and obviously that little TJ isn't mine.
