I'm down with Kansas Rocks. It is a little closer for me and my buddy over by Nevada Mo. Do you know if they allow dogs at the park? We are planning coming up on Sat and camping on Sun.

 

Dude, I miss Tuttle Creek so bad! When I was in college I spent most of my free time out there thrashing my TJ. Have fun guys and take some pics.

 

What time would you head out? I'm in OP at 95th and 69 and I'm stock but I have made it out to KS rocks (which I would prefer) a couple times. I love tuttle but its a bit more drive for just a day trip.

i won't be able to commit till friday but I'll start gearing my plans to make this happen

 

Are any of you KC area guys going to the Jeep show on saturday? From 10-2 over near 81st and wornall? I'm heading there around 11...

No info all i know is that the kcjeep club does this event for a kids charity. Dont think its really a huge event or anything. I'm not even sure that its really open to the public or what...i'm gonna drive by and see whats up on saturday. I've heard that there isnt a single JK in the kcjeep club so I may not be welcome lol.

 

I wheeled with the kc group at smorr for a little bit and they were pretty cool. They can drink some beer that is for sure. One of them had a jk.

Well, the the forecast for Ft Scott (Kansas rocks land) for tomorrow 98 with heat indexes above 110... I'm canceling due to inhospitable Kansas weather. I don't want anybody to die on a trip that I planned. Will try gain later in the month.
