There is Sayersbrook Bison Ranch in Potosi, Mo that is private property. MWJT is having March Madness there on March 15 - there is another thread on here about it.

As far as the orginal question, Grace pretty well covered it. You are in some flat country that far north. Midwest Jeepthing will have runs at the Bison Ranch, Washita, Flatnasty, SMORR and the Badlands in IN over the next couple of months. Someone usually will poet up the details here in advance,

Hey, There's a new park opening up in North Central MO, it's called "Middle of Nowhere" find it on fbook or google it. The jeep club i'm with JOCCI (jeep outdoor club of central Iowa) is helping with the layout of the park. We are still in the process of cleaning up trails and making new ones. They have lodging, shooting ranges, restaurants..and all that good stuff!
