It usually is 25 for the driver and 5 for each passenger. Stang always leads a great group with Dawg in the tail. Plus Peep's pics are pretty sweet.

The Bison Ranch is a great place to wheel and very beautiful, for those who have not gotten to wheel there yet.

I hope I will get to go, but buying my winch and adjustable track bar may take up the rest of my play money for March and April

I will wait to see what the boss says.

Tell the boss that she can sleep on her way down and change in the Jeep.

No, you will not need a winch to wheel at the Bison Ranch. If a winch is need, like I said "when", there will be plenty to use. I am sure Peep will be happy to try out her new winch if the need a raises. The ranch is a great place for a beginner to wheel because there are all levels of trails and there will be many Jeepers that will be willing to lend ahand, either with advice or tools.

Do not be discouraged by what we say on this thread. Sometimes there are inside jokes that are from past experiences but in no way will you need anything more than a stock Jeep. Come out and play.

I am not sure if she has actually ever touched "her" winch

I did get myself wedged in a place last year when we were trying to open up a trail that hadn't been used in a while. We were not in stock jeep territory at the time

For those of you that are stock or have made some mods but don't have swaybar link disconnects yet. The Ranch is a good time to get them or bring the needed wrenches to remove the stock ones before you head out. The more stock friendly trails (read no big rocks) get there challenge from the terrain, allow the front end to flex will make a huge difference.

Welcome Illinoisoffroader. Yes these are all optional but I would REALLY reccomend a CB even if you only get a handheld unit. It allows you to communicate with the rest of your group and get info on obstacles coming up. Plus is works better than screaming help out the window.

Cant wait, hope to see you all there.
