Hey, i know there is no lift law in nebraska but does anyone know the laws on bumper widths IE are stubbies allowed? Also whats the law on tires outside the fender? Flat fenders and tires stickin way out legal or not? Ive searched and i cant find any info on nebraska laws pertaining to that.

Edit: I'm bored tonight so I looked through the laws a little bit and I couldn't find anything that prohibited either, but I would do some more searching. Worst case, call your police department and ask them to tell you. That's what their job is.
