Default Northwest, AR Newbie

Just registered and looking forward to getting to know everyone. I'm in Northwest, AR and we have had our JK for about a year now and just getting around to putting some mods on.

Honestly, I've never been off the road much (though I've had 3 jeeps) and now am ready to get out there.

I want to keep it simple to start so any advice you guys have on some good starter areas or any events where they have a bunny slope is fine by me

Just wanted to get myself introduced to everyone!

Welcome to the group.

See this thread:

A few of us are planning an outing at Superlift Park in July, that would be one run that would somewhat in your neighborhood.

Welcome Kahuna-- Looks like your jeep is more than ready if you are up to Superlift. So I hope this is something you can make.

Otherwise there is a pretty good group in SW MO and OK that are pretty active and wheel in the area often.

Welcome! You'll have to come join us for a run and get your feet wet. We're going to Superlift in July, or I'm sure there will be a run to Smorr or Disney sometime soon enough.

Thanks everyone! I saw the Superlift thread, but am not sure on that one because of the timing. Will let yall know.

It's my wife's birthday (which could possibly be a fun event for her since technically it's her Jeep for now) but that means we'd have our 6 yr old and a 2 yr old in tow, so its something we'd have to figure in.

How do kids fit into the picture for these events?

Kids aren't usually a problem of they are a little older. Real young ones probably won't last the day
