so.

get home and the box my soft top is looks pretty beat up. take it outside to get to work and open everything up. Lay the soft top out to get warm so it fits easier and realize something is missing. I didnt have my header bar! So called 4wd and this lovely rep said she'd get me one sent out tommorow and can probably expect it thursday. Cool i live about 2 miles from work and drive slow anyway so i carry on with my install. One of my door surrounds was bent to SHIT! manage to straighten it out myself and get them installed, get the top installed sans the header bar and go to put my back window on. Get it nearly installed and as i'm zipping it down i notice it's about 4 inches too long. Must be for a unlimited? I called her again and she said it'd take 4 weeks to get me one out here! I think i'll call the sales guy back tommorow and see what he can do to expidite that.. If i was going to wait 4 weeks i coulda just got an NX right? anyway, the fabric looks great and the tinted side windows are awesome. I'll have my header on in a couple days so i can cinch it all down so i'm excited about that. All and all, aside from this waiting 4 weeks thing, 4wd has really good customer service. She told me i can do whatever i need to do to make that window work as they wont ask for it to be returned so thats cool... i'd hate to mess it up though as it seems brand new.

 

Im coming back to Oklahoma next week. I guess i missed being an okie !!!!

So your going to be able to keep the top for the unlimited? Might be able to sell to buy something else.

 

Yea Im moving back! Im sorry my daughter went into labor i had to go. I will come by after i get back and pick them up.
