Wow, that is cheaper than the Duratracs. I paid a total of $1,250 for 5, which also included ~$24 a tire for a Discount Tire lifetime warranty... so, what's that about $225 a tire.

Also, I am not even sure how a front mounted winch would have even helped there. You'd want someone to pull from behind.

PainKiller, I'm sorry, but that video looks more like a reason for a hilift jack and a buddy, than a front mounted winch.

with discount tire warranty....do you have to ship the tire to them if something goes wrong with it

just an example......but yes it would take a few tree savers and a few winch blocks and could get out........but an anchor would be ideal

The paper work says "at their discretion", but from talking with them and reading the forum, they only make you ship the tire back if they suspect your abusing the warranty. It's more the honor system.

You don't even have to pay shipping on your new tire. You would, if you wanted, have to pay that $24 charge again if you want a warranty on your replacement tire.

i was just wondering because the closest discount tire is in or around OKC i think
