I was wondering how far it comes out from the dash, if the shifter hits it all? Going to order a set for both jeeps

When he was ready to leave it wouldn't go into 1st or 3rd gear , we had to pop the panel back out so he could drive it. I don't know if it was hitting the panel because of the body lift installed on his rig or the shifter boot was binding up but yes it hit, that panel sticks out pretty far

No body lift on mine, not really worried about it hitting on my auto, but the manual rubi maybe? Research time

I think if you cut from where it comes out to the top where it angles down, and just cut straight down and attach the switch panel then, it shouldn't get in the way, it's like about 3/4 inch.
Like chopping a front bumper, just gotta have a plastic welder.

It might be from the body lift cause mine works fine

Had a scary call last night...making a turn in edmond, heard a loud pop then it felt like my tire was deflating, luckly it was just the crap roads causing the unusual feeling of rake, and must have just ran over a bottle. then after i got home i thought how nice that would have been to have an excuse to get 37's
