Yeah, I don't think you'd be wanting to drive it back down to SLC anyway (even if you did trust them) considering the DW and drive line vibrations. You wouldn't want to make a bad situation worse by driving it for hours in it's current state.

does the stock bolt they used to mount the monster trackbar fit tight in the JKS brace hole ? if not what size bolt would be the best to use ?
I'm still running the drop pitman arm - no frame side track bar drop bracket, no drag link flip, and the JKS track bar brace that moves my axle side mounting location up to compensate for the missing track bar drop bracket. Here's a couple of pictures of the JKS track bar brace:

I have a feeling that I can fix the DW by doing exactly what we did just day before yesterday. Take out the bolt that's in there now, and put a 1/2" SAE with a 3/4" head, and the body fits it perfectly, and torque it down to spec. But I sure don't want to make another 3 hour highway drive with the driveline vibrations

the shop should pay a piggy back truck to haul your rig back. I would document everything on video just in case. all you need is for the transfer case to explode or the new DS to shatter the u-joints into a million pieces

If that happens, someone will definitely hear about it.
