It's a Hard top thing . Us softies don't have those

It won't be any louder than your hard top - only exception is make sure that the header is secured right - if it is bowed or not installed right, you will end up with an air leak at the top of the windshield that will make it noisier. And you want to install the soft top when the temp's 70 degree+ or it'll be a pain to install.

Took my doors off at lunch yesterday but didn't have enough time to take the top off - will be doing that later this evening or at lunch. I like to take the surrounds, the bow, all off rather than just fold it down.

 

Well I may just wait and take the hardtop off. I have a hoist in the garage ....nice to keep it out of the way

 

Ah... No need to wait. The time is right to enjoy your soft top.

The time to enjoy a "No Top" is now . But you could definitely swap your tops out - topless weather is just around the corner and you'll enjoy being able to have the top down on the weekends.
