I've only seen BL kits from Rough Country, M.O.R.E., Daystar, and PA.

I got the Performance Accesories, only thing is, the rear bolts were a larger diameter than the rest but the pucks all had the same diameter center holes, so I hammered the factory bolts back and forth through the hole to shave a bit of the material and stretch the hole a little. It was still a tight fit, but as long as you can get the thread started in the body it'll pull through as you tighten and torque it.

Eddie did a write up for the M.O.R.E. kit. There have been slight changes. The instructions for my kit said there'd be 4 body mounts on each side, but I only had 3. I didn't have the one between the rear spring and shock on mine. Not sure if that was an '07 only mount or what. Just make sure you have at least a 5lb hammer, and a metal file would help too, file down the ridges holding the washers on the factory bolts.
