Canadian Invasion, Aug 2013
My wife and I are planning our 2nd trip to Moab for August (Aug 3 to 15th). We are staying in a cabin at the OK RV Park. Just thought I'd put the work out incase you are planning to be there the same time or was looking for a group to meet up with.
Trails we are looking at so far:
Seven Mile Rim
Tower arch
Metal Masher
Area BFE (green day, Minor threat, dropkick
Pritchet Canyon
Kane Creek
Steel Bender
Behind the rocks
Rusty Nail
Lockhart basin
Hole in the rock
Tenmile wash
Elephant Hill
Flat Iron Mesa
Last year we did the below trails, but we may run them again.
Poison Spider
Golden Spike
Gold Bar Rim

Sounds like a fun trip! Just curious, as I'm not far from you, do you drive your rig down, or trailer it?
Hopefully one day ill make this trip - too much going on now though

As you already know I'm about 90% positive I'm in for this. Already can't stop looking stuff up! I looked into renting a trailer and it'll cost my just under $800 so I'm not sure if its worth it

Id love to join the Canadian Invasion, but I need another year or so to get my rig ready. Keep us posted, and pop some pics on here when you go. I'd love to see that Canada flag waving behind your jeep while you're on the trails!

Not sure yet. If we do it will be the same time as last year. Week before Labor Day. Wendy and I turned in that week for vacation the week we got back.
