What's the first mod you'll do to your Gladiator?
I think my first mods would be a beefy front bumper with a winch, and a light bar. How about you? Check out a modded Gladiator and a bunch of available parts here!

First mods are bumpers and fenders. They come so chunky from the factory. I'd like to see a PSC BFH front bumper, no rear bumper and some narrow flares. The JL flares don't look particularly trimmable..

I was furious about this pickup too, 4 door only, short bed only, sorta ridiculous proportions. They are pandering to the market and they know what's going to maximize sales and minimize effort. But the fact remains that this is a pickup with a reasonable payload capacity and tow rating with removable top and doors. I'm forced to keep a pickup for work and I use it as a second vehicle when the Jeep misbehaves. I HATE driving the pickup, especially in the summer because I'm not out in the open air. The Gladiator, however less than ideal, is a solution to my particular hangups. I'd rather drive this big dumb truck with the top and doors off than drive any other pickup available. I'll continue to piss and moan about not having a single or extended cab variant, not having a bigger bed, a better engine option, etc. but none of those change the fact that the Gladiator, in the form they're shoving down our throats, is still the only pickup available with a removable top and doors. I'll suffer the rest for that. And I'll yank the bumpers and chop the fenders and put big wheels on it because it's my truck and that's how I like it.
