Pretty easy install. Rears I did on the ground. Three bolts took about 15 min. Fronts were a little more stubborn. I suggest jacking the axel, jack stands under frame, remove tire. Hit with pb blaster in advance to help loosen the nuts. Bottom is easy to get to top is a little confined, invest in a ratcheting wrench to make it easier. I am by no means a mechanic and found this to be a easy install! Learned a lot about the jeep in the process.

The fronts will be much more difficult than the rear. The fronts also tend to have more rust on the studs because they are exposed....soak them with PB Blaster.

It is a good DIY project

I did mine this weekend. Rears easy, front driver side easy, front passenger PITA. I have a 2012 and there was no way to get to the top fastener on the front passenger side, ended up using the dremel to get to it.

I had zero problems when I changed mine.
