I recently installed a new exhaust and a new intake. Today I started up the jeep and the engine started to pulsate, the brakes don't work. The red bolt on the dash is lighted up. and I'm not getting power and it seems that not all of the cylinders are firing. Do you think I just need to reprogram the system?

 

Plugs and wires?! They were my culprits.
