Default 08 JKU TF 2.5" what do I need?

Going to get the TF 2.5" coil lift with 1" front spacers and 1/2" rear spacers. Getting the front spacers to correct front rake. Anything else that I need? I am running stock wheels with 33x10.5 hankook dynapro MT's. Will I need new wheels or wheel spacers with the new lift?

Also will I need anything else that doesn't come with the kit? adjustable brackets, steering stabilizer, etc.

Thanks

I just installed the TF 2.5 coil lift this weekend and I'm not sure if you want to add the spacers the way you listed. The kit already corrects the rake. Mine may sit 1/4 to 1/2 higher in the front. If anything I would go 1 inch in rear and 3/4 up front. Just givin you a heads up

Well that i wouldn't know for sure. Maybe find someone that has a similar setup. A buddy has the same lift with rough country hybrid stubby with winch and he's just a bit down in the front

I guess what I'm really looking for is if I will need different wheels with 4.5 BS or can I use my stock wheels with the lift?

Just put teraflex coil lift on that's it. I have a 08 jku with teraflex coil lift and a 1"spacers all around and front bumper and Warn 10,000 pound winch and i am level. If you go one inch spacers up front you will need a new drive shaft with a automatic. I torn the boot on mine a stick shift not sure.I am now 3.5" of lift. Good luck

You won't need the spacers unless you prefer it for looks. I have the 2.5" TF kit with springs and shocks. I have a rugged ridge xhd (stubby) up front with a warn 9500lb winch and a smittybilt xrc with tire carrier in the rear. It sits level. I have 1.5" wheel spacers with stock wheels and 315/70R17 Duratrac's. You'll need the spacers to keep a tire of that size from rubbing at full lock.

I did add a jks adjustable front trackback per the suggestion from David at northridge. I also added a 1" body lift because I plan on putting on flat fenders and going to 37's.

One thing I will add is I tear the boot on my front drive shaft just about every time I wheel when I disconnect the front sway bar. Otherwise the setup works great.

It looks like there is a little rake there to me. Maybe not quite as bad as factory though.

If it were me, I would buy the lift without the spacers and then once you get everything installed you can measure to see exactly what size spacer you may/may not need.

And just remember if you don't have to buy a new drive shaft the only thing you need to do is notch the skid. And I say, ours just my opinion ok :-) I say keep the wheel spaces even if you don't need them they give a more aggressive stance. And if for some reason you rub at full turn with the new wheels and wheel spacers (I don't think you will) then you can just add washers to the steer stops
