08 rubicon. While driving down the road. My alarm will go off. I can turn my car off and pull the key out but it stays running. RPM gauge and speedometer will say 0 but Jeep stays going. Sprays the wiper fluid, windshield wipers will go and my track control light will come on. This has happened while my hard top and doors off or completely put back together. Not sure where to start or what to look for. Any ideas would help extremely in this case. I have also hit my unlock button before and it sprayed my wiper fluid. Thanks ahead of time

 

I'd start with checking that the battery is good and that your grounds are good in the engine compartment but it sounds like you may be a candidate for TIPM replacement if those things check out.

For all those things to be going berserk, that has to be a TIPM issue.
