Default 1" M.O.R.E. and PA comparison

This past week a few of us got together and did a body lift install. We didn't get as many pictures as we would have like. But here are the main ones that people need just to decide which kit to get. On my TJ I had the 3" PA and was always of fan of there kits....it was time to try someone else.

As you notice right away the over all diameter of the M.O.R.E kit is smaller. But being as solid as it is I'm sure doesn't matter.

You can tell why there is an extra cost in the M.O.R.E kit and I think well worth it. When it came down to the install itself there was very little different. The rear two locations on the 4 door had thicker bolts. But you also need to make sure you used the puck with the matching hole diameter. On the PA set up we didnt notice a difference. (I will check again on our next body lift install this weekend)
When it came to the front, M.O.R.E. gives you two new body mounts. This mount is not larger you still need to put a puck under it.

The PA kit give you a puck like piece you put on top of the mount. We found one fit right on the two bolts. But the other needed some drilling to have things line up. Sure this is not an issue many of you had.

The one thing I did was was the M.O.R.E. kit paint black. I have put a few layers on.
I will post more of the PA set up over this weekend.

PA is the synthetic larger puck... and MORE is the billet alum. I put PA on mine and had the issue (which seemed like a bad molding of the plastic) of drilling. Either way, both kits are comparable, the process is nearly identical, and only time will tell the endurance between the two.

The worst part is getting the factory bolts off the factory washer... a press would be very nice... but two blocks of wood and a sledge did the trick too

I chime in all the time about the Daystar BL kit and how much I like it and how cool it is designed, but the MORE kit and PA are cheaper so go figure!

Day....who?
Can't say I know anyone that has even purchased one. Maybe someone can post something on here about that.
