10 mpgs.
Okay, I don't want this to be another "why doesn't my JK get as good gas milage as my wife's prius". I get 10 mpgs and I just want to get a few more, I was reading a lot of members get better milage with the same set up I'm running. I'm driving 70% city 30% highway.

Any suggestions, besides the whole "get another vehicle" comments?

Other than that, regear.

You need a programmer to get your speedo and odometer correct. It will also correct your shift points and help you regain some efficiency. You can't properly measure mileage when you don't have good data to calculate from.
You're also under geared which will rob you of efficiency. You're vehicle is trying to move under acceleration before you even get past the stall speed of the Torque converter. Roll out slower from standing starts and turn OD off for highway cruise speeds of 65mph or more. That'll stop the gear hunting on mild grades which is creaming your efficiency.
