Default 15" rim question.... Again

Hello fellow jeepers, I have a 2011 jk rubi and want to get 15" pro comp series 98 (5x5) rims so my 35" MTRs will be cheaper than a 17" rim. So my question is will the pro comp rims fit over my calipers etc? Anyone running them? I've heard the soft 8s rub so I'm trying to figure it out before I buy... Thanks everyone!!!

On my 2011 the 15x8 Pro-Comp rockcrawlers would not work without MAJOR grinding. Then again I've heard other people say they work fine. That's why I bought em in the first place.

So what kind of backspacing is necessary to run a 15" wheel? I have a 2011 Sahara, and i am interested in 15"s also. Much cheaper wheels and tires than stock 18"s

3.75"

I just bought some Cragar V-5 15's with 3.75 BS and had to grind less than 1/16th inch off of the calipers.

I had 15" rims from my tj and was thinking about putting them on my JK and was recommended not to do to the Clarence from the brake calipers. That and the bolt pattern. I'd be safe and avoid it.

Discount Tire MB 72's in 15x8 are supposed to fit without any modifications, per Discount Tire

how much extra stress will that little backspacing cause on bearings and such?
