I went to discount tire and told them I wanted to spend some money. I went through every 15 inch wheel they had and they were unable to find anything for my JK. I am still kind of upset that I didnt get to try any of the wheels they had because they were all on back order or did not have anything for the JK bolt pattern. If I could test fit it I didnt want it so I went with 17's and 35" BFG KM2's. 17's are easy to find for the JK because that is the size they are making them to fit the Jeep properly. If you can test fit them or know of people who got them to fit go for it! 15's and 35's should have cost me about 1500 dollars but I ended up spending 2200 on 5 wheels and tires.

i just ordered 4 crager soft 8's with 4" back spacing in 15x8 for a few reason

1. i like the smaller rim look
2. more rubber on the trails
3. tires seem to be on the cheaper side

Has anyone tried the Pro Comp Series 97 Soft 8's in 15"? I am looking at putting those and 33's on.

Thx...

I ordered Pro Comp 152's in size 15x10 (thinking I knew what I was doing) would 15x8's been a better choice to run 35's ????

Whats the benefits of one over the other ??

Wouldn't the need for a 10" wide wheel be determined more by the tires WIDTH than by the tire's OD? I realize that OD will play a small part in the equation, but wouldn't the width be much more critical?

FWIW, I ran a 33x12.5 on a 15x8 and had zero problems. What should make a 35x12.5 alot different on the same 15x8 wheel?
FWIW DT ordered every 15" rim I asked about and I'm going for a "test fit" tomorrow. My local guys were GREAT to work with and did a wonderful job.

this is the crager(soft 8s), and procomp(rockkrawler series 97) has the same, they come in chrome or black.
