Default 15" Wheel Backspacing Question - Blackrock Vipers

Ok, I've read the FAQ and have an idea of what backspacing is and how it effects the wheels. I've tried to do as much research on this topic as I can, but it's just confusing me futher.

After doing some math I've pretty much worked out that it's going to be cheaper to buy new 15" wheels and tires than it is to try and get spacers and tires for my 17" rims. What I can't figure out is if the wheels I'm looking at will fit.

Product Line Black Rock Series 900 Viper Wheels
Summit Racing Part Number BRW-900B585037
Rim Diameter (in) 15 in.
Rim Width (in) 8.00 in.
Backspacing (in) 3.750 in.
Offset (mm) -19.00mm
Wheel Material Aluminum
If I understand correctly those should clear the break calipers and not stick out. Am I correct in thinking this?
