15" wheels
Still looking for 15" wheels for my 2007 rubi that are sure to fit. Has anyone had any issues mounting Pro Comp Alloy Series 8069 15x10 w/ 3.6" of back spacing?
Any other rims besides the MB72 that 100% going to fit without cutting down the calibers?

I'm running the 8069's 15x10 with 3.625 backspace and they bolted right on with no problems. But be prepared for lots of tire stick out. With my setup I think my tires are sticking out a full 5" past the fenders

Here is what I have found being used from the FAQ and a few other 15" threads:
Cragar Soft 8's with 4.0" backspacing
Cragar street locks 3.75bs
ION 170's with 3.5" backspacing
Unique simulated bead locks 15 x 8 3.75 BS with -19 offset.
MB72 -19mm offset (3.75" BS)
U. S. Wheel Black Daytona Steel Wheels 4.0" backspacing
ROCK CRAWLERS SERIES 152 STREETLOCKS 4.5 bs
ProComp 8179s have 3.75" backspace
ProComp 8069 15x10
Apparently the 07's have more of an issue with the calipers than the newer years. Best advice anyone can give is do a test fit...
I just got a set of Unique / Cragar (they are the same) 15x8 with 4 BS.
This is my experience the first one I put on rubbed on the face of the caliper. So I had to grind an 1/8" of material off. Then it still rubbed so I tried the next wheel and it didn't rub at all. So I took that wheel to the other side and it rubbed on the top at the corner of the caliper. So I ground and an 1/8 off both of those then all the wheels worked fine except the first one. It still rubbed on both calipers on the face. So I laid the wheel down and ground a little off the back side of the circles on the soft 8's then all was good.
Conclusion is that the calipers and the wheels do not have very tight manufacturing tolerances. So some people have no problems with 15x8 with 4 BS fitting while others do. If your not prepared to do some minor fitting to your rig go with 16's or some monster offset keep in mind that 4" of bs on a 8" rim vs 4" BS on a 10" rim, means the tire will stick 2" more out side. I have 35x12.5 and they stick out about 2.5".
On the soft 8's you could get away with grinding the back side of the circles. The first time I monted them and they rubbed it pulled all the paint off so I will need to paint them anyways to keep them from rusting.
One rim to add to your list is Walker Evans I have heard they have a 4.5" BS that runs with no issues. However they are $$$$
Good luck .
Also I have an x so it's not a Rubi caliper issue.

Thanks everyone!!! Great information. I know some of this is in various threads, but is many pieces.
Thanks again. Still not sure what I want to do (15's or 16's/17's). My main driver to the 15's is cost/looks. I also drive my jeep 60 miles a day in chicago traffic, so need to remain drivable.

don't forget the ProComp 97 series. i have the 15x8 with 3.75" back spacing. no rubbing at all. i've heard some people having a problem with the stick on weights.
there's also the mickey thompson classic II, i know a guy that has them and no problem with rubbing. not sure what back spacing he has.
This is exactly my experience. I just bought the US Wheels from Summit Racing. I got the 15x8 with 3.75" backspace. 2 of the wheels rubbed the driver's caliper and 2 didn't. On the passenger side all 4 of the wheels rubbed the caliper. So there was a small amount of variance between not only the calipers from side to side, but the wheels were also manufactured a little different. Go figure
