Default 16" vs 17" Wheels

I’m trying to make a decision on wheels. I’m split between these two:

Pro Comp Series 1079 Polished Alloy Wheel Size 16x8" Bolt Circle 5x5 Offset -11mm Back Spacing 4" Hub Bore 83.06mm with 285/75R16

Pro Comp Series 1079 Polished Alloy Wheel Size 17x9" Bolt Circle 5x5 Offset -6mm Back Spacing 4.75" Hub Bore 83.06mm with 285/70R17

Basically 16” vs 17” inch tires/wheels. 17” is more expensive, which makes the choice more difficult.

Anyone have any suggestions. If I get the 16”, will I be sorry later? Are there back spacing issues with either?

i'd get 16" because tires are cheaper.

Why not look at the 15". Those tires are even cheaper and the Pro comps wheels fit. Just a thought....

Really comes down to economics and appearance. Do you like big tires or big rims?
