Default 17 inch wheels.

I have a 2013 jk with a teraflex 2.5 inch lift. Will I be able to put 315 70/17 tires on it with 17x8 wheels and 4.5 inches of backspacing? Or do I need to go to a 17x9 with 4.5 inches of backspacing?

Shouldn't be problem with the tire on those wheels. I run a 35x12.5 on 17x7.5 wheels. You need to make sure you have the correct bump stop, maybe trim the fenders. trim pinch seams, stock front air dam will rub and maybe stock front bumper.

Filthy is right, I also run 315/12.5 on 17s with stock fenders . The front doesnt hit the fenders but the back does if im wheeling hard. I need to trim the rear
