Default 18 inch factory alloy v 16 inch steelie w/ 33s

I've looked at weights, and the rim weights are about the same... IE factory Sahara 18 inch alloy and 16 inch steel... I don't know about the other 18 alloys...

So, if weights are within a pound or two, how does that change the steel v alloy debate?

For wheeling we prefer steel. The lip will bend instead of break like it could on an alloy.

Just our preference though.

I just like the utilitarian look of the black steelies... What about rust? How quick do they rust?
