Default 2.5" BB and 1" Body Lift = 3.5" Total lift, Yes? Any issues?

I'm just beginning my initial research and shopping lists for a future JK Unlimited I plan to purchase.

I already know I want to add 35"s and have it lifted to look proportional, so I'm wondering if I'm correct in my deduction so far.

If I went with the 2.5" Teraflex BB suspension lift, and a 1" Body lift with spacers, I would net a 3.5" overall lift, correct?

Are there any problems associated with adding the extra 1"? Such as driveline clearance and steering issues?

From what I've read everything reacts well with just the 2.5", but I'd be happier with a slightly higher lift, but WITHOUT the cost of all the additional mods necessary after higher lifts.

Thanks!
