Default 2.5" teraflex budget boost

If I install 2.5" teraflex budget boost with shock extensions can I run a 35x12.5 r17 tire on an after market rim with 4.75 backspacing? Or is that too big?

You should be fine. I ran the same setup on my JKU. Only difference was, I had 4.5" of BS. I did have to cut the fenders because of rubbing while wheeling. That's mostly because of the fender liners...
