2.5" TF Coils, upgrading to 3" TF Coils
So with my Order of 35"s, i am going to upgrade my TF 2.5" coils to 3" TF coils, but my question is, do I need to do anything with the front Sway bar links or bump stops? With the 2.5" coil lift, you move the rear links up to the front, and use the ones that come with the lift in the rear. With full flex, i am afraid my current like with the Rubi Disconnect, that I could force links to invert and go the other way which would be VERY bad... Should I order some longer links? What about Bumpstops?
Thanks
Thanks
Are you just getting the coils?
If so, I would keep the disconnects that the 2.5" came with in the rear. You'll be fine. But get aftermarket disconnects for the front to help with the flex. Also, you may want to look into longer break hoses just to be on the safe side when flexing -- last thing you want is a rubber hose ripping when a longer steel one will hold up forever.
If the 2.5" lift came with bumpstops then I'm sure your fine there. If not then you do want some from the front and rear.
You may also want to be considering a front/rear adjustable trackbar in order to realign your axles if you don't have track bars yet.
Everything else like driveshafts and control arms will be technically fine because you have a 4dr. I know others will tell you to get control arms and driveshafts, and if you have the money then do it, but you'll be fine without them.

I need to update my Sig... I have a new drive Shaft coming (ripped my boot already with my current setup), already have front and rear Adj Track Bars, and Front JKS adj LCA's.
I have bumpstops extenstions already with my 2.5" kit... my rear links I imagine are fine, just more worried about the front. I already flex it pretty hard with the 2.5" kit.

Not sure how much more flex teh 3" coils have, but i got to imagine it would be very close to making my links and sway bar a straight line which would be very bad...

You ripped your boot with a 2.5" kit and an unlimited. You must wheel that thing pretty good.
It sounds like everything else is solid:
I would now be looking into longer front disconnects and perhaps rear-upper adjustable control arms in order to fix the axle-to-driveshaft angle when doing a 3" lift -- assuming you are keeping the rear driveshaft stock and it's the front you are replacing. correct?

Trying to find Non-quick disconnect longer links... I know JOe from TF said they sell them for around $70 shipped for a set...
Sounds like you're all good then. Just do longer front swaybar links and you'll be pretty solid. Oh, and when doing the lift if you're brake hoses appear to not have a lot of slack then look into longer steel break hoses. Otherwise find some longer front links. And like you said, if your rear driveshaft angle bugs you after the lift then look into adjustable upper rear control arms.
Have fun with the upgrade. Everything else looks like you're okay to go. Longer front swaybar links is it.
