Default 2" Full Traction Lift Spring Issues

Hi guys, I've been reading your fourm since I purchased my Jeep back on the 31st of July and have since had some issues with my jeep and would like to post some of my issue. I first took the jeep in for the seeminly simple windsheild header replacement which after tonight turned out to be worse than when I took it in. But while the tech guys were test driving the vehicle to ensure there was no wind noise one of the techs noticed something funny with the rear springs. It turns out that both rear springs were about to pop off the rear axel. That night I got a call from the service advisor saying that they would not let me drive it home and would put me into a rental. So after about 4 days of waiting the service department along with full traction determined there was a manufacture defect in the lift. It was the 2" full traction buget boost which included the Full Traction shocks. The dealer over a week later has since replaced the 2" spacers with the Superlift 2" lift kit. So today 10 days after I took the jeep in for the Windsheild header replacement I test drove it and the wind noise is WORSE and well the lift was better but the allignment was so horribile to the point that when i let go of the wheel the ESP light turned on to help correct the suddent change in steering. No all in all i still dont have my and still in my rental and await word about how potentially "its a soft top its supposed to have wind noise". I'm hoping the alignment will be fixed as well.

As a sumation to my story. If you have the 2" full traction BB check your rear springs to make sure they arent about to fall out. The service manager at the Jeep dealership said they were going to call everybody back that they installed the same lift kit on to "update" thier lift. It actually turned out the day after they discovered my lift issue they say the same thing on another Wrangler. This is why they are calling everybody up to fix the issue they created.

Sorry I dont have pictures.

I installed the FT 2" BB approx 2 weeks ago, I have had no such issues. The springs are seated well and I have no problems so far (I even just crawled under it to check now and everything is seated perfect). I've tested it in some rough stuff but not a real tough test, but everything seems fine. I remember reading somewhere some FT BB had the spacers fail or break. Did the spacer fail? I am going to a spring lift, but for other reasons. I think the stock springs are too soft, I want something a little firmer and possibly more lift.
