Hopefully it doesn't take forever and a day to reach our shores. They are a little slow to get things over here. The one other advantage that I see with a coil setup is you can run a 3/4 in spacer in the front to level out the vehicle. Spacer on top of a spacer is just a bad idea.

Just installed a 2 inch spring lift from Rusty's Off Road. It was easy to install and the ride is great. I plan to do a write up in the next couple of days.

i am off to see them tomorrow and book mine in.

hope this helps
Can you let us know if the 4-door 2" lift comes with new trackbars _and_ control arms. I've been waiting for their 2" coil + shocks, but wasn't sure what I would be doing for adjustable arms and trackbars yet.

Thanks!

Another benefit of coil vs spacer is coils tend to have a higher spring rating and support more weight from those heavy mods. Thus lowering chance for coil sag that happens so frequently with stock coils.

2 inch lifts are an 'easy' mod, but with the ability to run 33's and possibly 3's with only 2 inches of lift on the JK, people are excited to see what is out there.

THe only thing i don't like about rusty's kit is the fact that there is no extended bump stop available for it. I know that Rusty said that you don't need one, but spring CAN and WILL get over-compressed ... which is not good

ok, i just came home from ARB, they are now telling me that the front and rear bars as well as the OME lift kit wont be available in Australia till august, apparently something to do with the stupid design rules!!

so i rang head office to get the true story. They currently have 2 US spec JK's fitted up with everything and are expecting the 1st shipment to the US in the next few weeks.

the OME lift for both the 2 and 4 dr are coils and shocks only.

we poor aussie JK owners will just have to wait a little longer

Next time you chat with them, tell them we need some pics sometime soon before we all start buying up other brands. Anyways, that's good news for those of us in the US of A. Sorry to hear you'll have to wait.

I don't say much around here but I'm gonna have to chime in and say that I wouldn't recommend to anyone using the cheapy coil spacers that you can pick up at AutoZone, Pepboys, ect... The quality, material and design are not the same as what you'd get from one of the familiar brands and IMO it's not worth the time and effort to install that crap. However, I will agree that there are inexpensive alternative ways of going about lifting your vehicle 2" without paying a high price.
