2" OME or 3'' BDS
I have a 2009 2 door automatic and I am wanting to run 33" or 35" tires . I was looking at the 2" OME lift or the 3" BDS. If i go with either of these lifts will I need adjustable control arms , or adjustable track bars, and what about driveshaft replacement. This is a daily driver 100 miles a day with only very mild off roading.
Start with the FAQ's:

The Suspension, Wheels & Tires, and Drivetrain faq's give a lot of good info to get you going in the right direction.

Come up with a budget, get an idea of what all the components do, and ask yourself which ones you feel you can live without for a while.
These are are personal preferences, and you do not need any of them, but...
My opinion, when you lift 3" (which both of these kits do), you'll want to:
-re-center your axles (adj trackbars or brackets)
-adjust the front caster (adj control arms, new fixed arms, cams)
-extend the brakelines (or get /make extension brackets)
-put your swaybar back at the correct angle (longer links, adjustables, disconnects)
-put extended bumpstops in front (they go inside the front coils, do this when the lift goes on. You can add the rears any time)
-Driveshafts? - Drive until they break, then upgrade. Also, see post #6 here

Also, if you are considering driveshafts, you will want at least one set of adjustable control arms (not fixed arms or cams) to adjust the pinion for it. Lowers for the front and uppers for the rear if you only do two sets.

I called BDS earlier today and asked about their 3" lift. They told me it would be perfect for 35s and a daily driver/weekend wheeler without any additional equipment needed(drive shafts, control arms, ect) they also told me to not go with the upgraded shocks if using it for a daily driver but they did recommend the steering stabilizer.

I can see the "no drive shafts" if you've got a manual transmission and 4 doors.
The FAQ's have lots of good information.
Not sure how the BDS suspension rides, but the OME lift w/ OME shocks rides very nice. You will also get about 3" of lift with the OME. I would suggest front and rear adjustable track bars and adjustable front lower control arms, but you might try it without the lower arms first to see how it feels for you. David at Northridge4x4 has an OME package set up with track bars and can probably get you anything else you want or need.

Go OME.
I have one on my 4 dr, and convinced my buddy to put one on his 4 dr.
On road the ride is great! Trackbars are a plus with this kit although you do not need them right off. To get the handling back to stock though I would reccomend a set of lower ca's up front...

as others have suggested, i would recommend you go with the OME setup. i have run a bunch of different coils and am currently running it on our orange JK for a reason. also, while it's not "necessary" to have, installing a set of adjustable lower control arms up front to set your caster will help improve your highway handling.
