At one time, at least one member on here was running them, not sure if they were custom made or not though. He might have got them on ebay.

Yup!!
i have been running them for over a year now with no issues.
have performed at least 4 tire rotations since i installed them and have verified the torque at each change.
these are very well machined spacers....i have a CMM machine at work and these are machined acurately. the finish is a non-anodized but the aluminum has not shown any signs of corrosion or pitting.
these are non-hubcentric spacers. no vibrations either.

the 2" made a big difference in the appearance and handling of the Jeep...way more stable feeling than stock

Can you use spacers for daily driving? And what is the best spacer for daily driving?

I am going to answer my own question.

Hub centric would be better in my opinion because it places most of the stress at the hub where non hub centric places the stress on the studs.

I won't use non hub centric spacers after my steel wheel disaster that caused me to have to replace 7 wheel studs. Thank You for that "Alied Steel" and thanks for NOT refunding or replacing a shotty product.

FYI....the factory Jeep rims are not hub-centric

Actually, hub-centric wheels or spacers are built that way to insure that the outer beads of the wheel are concentric with the wheel bearings. Resulting in a more balanced wheel.

Lug-centric wheels achieve the same results with conical seat lug nuts that accomplish the same thing. They are prone to have installation problems when installers assume that they are seated properly when they are not. Installed badly, lug-centric wheels can lead to bent studs that are prone to early failure.
(leading people to believe that the type of wheel is inferior and not the installer)

The reason why it is difficult to find hub centric wheels is cost. Since hub sizes vary between manufacturers, wheel makers would have to create many more varieties of the same wheel to cover all models. With lug-centric wheels all they have to worry about are bolt patterns and size.

Of course, it is easier to find hub-centric spacers because they are targeted at a specific market and are almost identical in appearance.
