2008 Soft Top on a 2011???

2008 Soft Top on a 2011???
Hey guys, I have a 2011 JK Unlimited Sahara (hard top) and wanted to find out if a soft top from a 2008 Sahara would fit/work on my jeep. Any advice would greatly be appreciated!!!

07-09 soft tops have a plastic lip that tucks under the door surround 10-11 have a spring loaded cable that pulls the top into a channel in the door surrounds. Either style top will work as long as you get the same style door surrounds with it.
