Default 2010 bumper fog lights

I have a 2007 Rubicon and I picked up a different bumper so I could chop it and still keep mine(in case the wife doesnt like it I can put it back). The new bumper is off of a 2010, but I can tell the fog lights are not going to be as good on the 2010 as they are on the 2007, so my question is, do they mount the same and can I take the ones out of my '07 bumper and mount them right up on the new '10 bumper?

Thanks

In 2010 they switched the fog lights over to PSX24W a proprietary phillips energy saving type bulb. The housings are the same as prior years but it is my understanding that the wiriing harness is not designed to support a greater wattage bulb. This also makes me wonder if running a higher wattage fogs on the 2010 will cause the system to interpret the high wattage as a fault and shutdown the fogs. Mere speculation on my part but I believe that is the way the headlights are set up.

Ok, sorry guys, I guess I should have clarified better before.

My vehicle is a 2007, the new(to me, it is used) bumper is off of a 2010. I want to take the entire fog light housing out of the 2007 and install it in the 2010 bumper that I plan on chopping. I want to know if the housings are the same. I know the lights are not as good on the 2010, thats why I want to switch out the whole housing.

Thanks

Ok, so I got the bumper all chopped up and installed and man I love it.

While I had the lights out I figured I would snap a couple of pics to show the differences . The main housings are identical and are interchangable in different year bumpers.

Here are some pics;

These are the actual bulbs, '07 on the left and '10 on the right.

Here is a quick pic of the bumper if anyone wants to see what I did.
