Default 2011 JKU Ripp Supercharger

Has in installed a Ripp supercharger in a 2011 JK?
If so any issues?

As of a few weeks ago, the tune is not available yet. I would check with Ripp as to when it will be. It should be any time.

Any news on the setup for a 2011? JK is out of commission for the next week, would be a great time to do an install...

Any sense for timing would be helpful.

2010 kit works from a hardware standpoint... but it will apparently be another another month for the electronics...

Had mine on order since December. Finally gave up on them and had them send my money back. I talked to the RIPP guys in Moab last week. They said the tune from Diablo was still a couple weeks out. That's the same line they gave me back in late February. I've decided to patiently wait....or go hemi.

They are about a month out. They have a waiting list.

RIPP must have had problems. About 4 weeks ago, they told me they had just got hold of a 2011 to install a SC for testing. At that time, they thought it would be 1 week if all went well and 2 weeks, IF, they ran into problems. On one hand, I'm glad they're taking their time to make sure it's right prior to release. On the other hand, I sure need some additional power. The drive to Moab was brutal. Sometimes the poor JK was turning 5k rpm to just to keep moving up the mountains. (running 37's, auto, and 5.13 gears) Going through Vail Pass, she was only able to maintain 40mph. To her defense, she did have this in tow:

The entire MOPAR aftermarket is waiting on the upload tools to be available for the 2011. For RIPP it is in the hands of Diablo right now. We know Diablo is working as fast as they can to get it done.
