Default 2012 Manual with 37s 4:10s

Who here is running 37s with a 2012-2013 manual with 4:10 gears? A lot of the threads im reading or for autos or manuals with 3:21 gears or for 2007-2011 etc......Right now im running 35s and it rides fine with the penstar. Once these tires go I may make the move to 37s if this setup isnt unbearable. I really dont want to regear for I already purchased rubi takeoff 44s front and rear with the 4:10s in it. Im also hoping a tuner will be available soon for the penstar which would help a bit. I know Diablo has one but from what I hear there are still some bugs to work out. Any first hand experience from you guys would be great

I know we have different engines, but I'm running 37's with 4.10's and I can keep up with traffic just fine. Honestly I couldn't tell the difference from running stock tires, other then somewhat losing 6th. Your basically stuck at around 1800 in 6th gear. I'm also a manual, and I've heard it helps a lot with putting off gearing for another day.

As of a week ago, I am. I have been really struggling with what to do, and I have decided to regear. ...most likely with 4.88s. I wanted 5.13s initially, but I think that those would be too low, and not as strong due to the smaller teeth. 4.10s on 35s would probably be fine, but once you go bigger you may notice some power loss. I have, at least. The first couple of gears with the 6 speed were plently low with my 32s and 4.10s, but 6th gear was pretty freaking tall and I would run into trouble keeping my speed up when going up hills. I want to get my gearing a little bit lower than it was when it was stock, so looking at the gearing charts that are floating around, it seems that 4.88s would get me just a hair lower that the factory 32"/4.10 combo. Check out some of the gear charts and see where you fall. You may find that you don't need to regear with 35s, but that depends on what you plan on doing with it.

....Of course, this is on flat stretches of highway. Any sort of incline you have to gear down to keep speed constant.
