I just received my Superchips Flashpaq for my 2012 with the 3.6 Pentastar. I began to try and download the first step on my computer called "spark" from the Superchips website but had no success. I tried a few times with the same results. Anyone have problems downloading this? If so, how did you fix it?

 

I had the same issues....disable any anti virus software. Think that will solve you problem. Just till you download Spark. You will have to uninstall what you have and redownload.

 

Thanks, I'll try that now. I'm itching to instal this thing! Another question, i may be getting a 2014 Rubicon soon. Can I instal this in my 2012 now and remove it and instal in the new Jeep if I get it?

 

You should be able to instal it in your 14. Just return to stock first. I'm running on my 13 no
Issues

 

Tried again to download the spark app after I disabled my anti virus software and same thing happened. I call Superchips Tech support and come to find out that it's not supported by Mac. So, anyone with a Mac has to find someone with PC to get this done. Not a big deal but I figured I'd let you all know in case you run into this problem.
